Allies for Stillness

You may not be intuitively fluent yet, but you KNOW things.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Developing your wisdom comes with stillness.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It comes with quieting your mind + feeling deeply into silence.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Built into your Daily Dose of Mindfulness practice is activation of the third eye chakra through visiualization.

A few moments of visualizing and perceiving the feelings of your specific image of success is like practice.

So that when you arrive at the moment of your dreams coming true, you know what to do. No panic necessary. You've been "here" before.

The third eye is associated with the color indigo, our pineal gland and is our center of intuition, wisdom, perception and psychic abilites.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Although uncomfortable at first, pausing allows for your connection with subtle energies.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stillness + calm reduce anxiety by activating your parasympathetic nervous system.

Are you willing to try it?
