ABOUT ME - THE LONG VERSION

AFTER REACHING MY HEALING LIMIT WITH ANTIDEPRESSANTS, I DECIDED TO GO NATURAL WITH MY ANXIETY TREATMENT.

I was dedicated to feeling better for real, not avoiding the feelings that caused me agony in the first place. I felt like I finally had the capacity to manage my emotions and my therapist agreed. Plus, my husband and I were ready to start a family and I wanted to do so as naturally as possible.

This lead me down the rabbit hole of personal development and self healing. I got into crystals, Christianity, journaling and reading literature that was holistic and metaphysical. I even started yoga — something the practitioner who signed off on my emotional support dog, Twiggy, had highly recommended a year earlier but I brushed off at the time.

Considering I was finishing pharmacy rotations, long-distance from my husband (who was my emotional anchor), trying to conceive (it took 8 months) and planning a move from MN to CO, the journey wasn’t easy.

Shortly after arriving in CO, I had a beautiful natural birth with my son, Rex. Becoming a mother and a community pharmacy manager soon after was a major acceleration into personal growth. I found myself beyond stressed out. I was burnt out. When the pressure was at peak intensity, I threw my hands up and turned to self care. Not to be dramatic but, it saved my life. It healed my spirit.

I rededicated my free time to communicate with my intuition and genuinely nurture my needs. When I experienced the enlightening benefits of practicing self care, I packaged my processes and created Rx for Self Care. A guided workshop for learning how to love yourself daily + cultivate more joy despite what’s going on around you.

My library of resources has since grown into the Well Connected membership, which helps others address their root patterns of anxiety and align with what brings them peace. Each month I share down to earth guidance on feeling satisfaction from within.

My purpose is to walk alongside those who are healing. I now spend my days creating content to help others to stay high frequency and normalizing cannabis as medicine.

I care about connection and meeting people where they’re at. I’m so grateful to be surrounded by immense love + support so I may take what I need and continue to pay it forward. Thank you for stopping by! I appreciate the support. Xo.
